Entrevista
The phone interview was quite basic with questions about where my interests lie and what I studied in school. Asked for examples of based on my own experiences for the position. The second round consisted of a on-site interview in front of a panel of three executives from HQ. That as well was straight forward and not much different from the phone interview.

Muy bueno, informativo y cordial. Inicialmente con Talent Acquisition, me enviaron un mail donde me comentaron detalladamente todos los beneficios de la contratación y detalles de las responsabilidades, para coordinar una llamada, que fue muy buena . No seguí avanzando pero me dieron respuesta en tiempo y forma cuando lo solicité.

The Marketing panel in Dubai did not have clear expectations on the intensive case study they requested. The focus during the presentation appeared loosely defined and very inconsistent with the role description. With limited probing questions and vague feedback, it gave the impression that the panel was not aligned on the requirements of the role. The lack of structure raises concerns about how candidates are evaluated and selected.
