Campus placement process, interviewed by two VPs. was asked cases around designing vaccination camps and setting up helplines during the pandemic. Development sector cases like this don't fit traditional framework, and instead need creation of an issue tree with A and A' branches at every step.

very knowledgeable and friendly interviewers. the whole process was very smooth. they also provide resources to prepare for the interview. there are two case rounds with HR questions and the last round is a short Convo with the founder.
Organised and systematic rounds of interviews. There was a video interview that is supposed to be recorded for introduction and a few set questions , second round is a case study and then there is a final interview

3 rounds of interview. Very time taking and tidious process. Didn't manage time well.
Overall good professionalism but can't rely on their process of selection. It was okay overall but rounds were overlapping also
