I had 2 interviews - one with another senior consultant and another with the VP. Both were cases in the impact sector; mostly related to the impact sector. These cases are pretty interviewer driven. They do try and poke holes in your approach but all in all it feels like a discussion. I quite enjoyed it although I'm quite scared of cases.

The governance case interview was similar to a management consulting interview. After a brief introduction, the interviewer provided me with a problem statement. it also had a guestimate included as per the solution you arrived at for the implementation purpose of the solution.
