It was less than 10 minutes, and the manager did not ask any challenging questions. The process was so quick and informal that we did not even sit down. It was just to get to know each other.
Interviewed me at the actual cafe seating. Talked to me realistically about the job and how busy it would be. asked about experience and past trouble with customers. Asked about my availability.
It was honestly nice and simple. But you may have to walk in after applying online. Mine said interviewing online but I didn’t get any emails so I walked in
