It was an internal switch from Wal Mart to Sam's Club. There was an initial phone interview that the primary goal of ( and the in person interview) is to address the manager's thought process. Most of the questions are phrased with that in mind. The best way to answer is to cover the strategy, the execution, how you made it a team effort or the contribution to th being picture, what you delegated and what the follow up was. Cover all of theat intelligently and you should do fine.
