Apply online and do the assessment test(also online) via the walmart/sam's club careers website not very difficult and the whole process takes about 20-30 mins, if screening goes well meet in person for an in-person interview.

Consists of two interviews. They could possibly be the same day back to back by two different associates or seperate days depending on who is available and how agressively they are hiring. Basic interview questions are asked mainly on elementary customer service skills. Easy interview.

Easy and laid-back interview process. I felt comfortable and they were extremely open and answered all questions about the job. They were also helpful and patient when I was trying to figure out a different living situation while waiting to see if I accepted their offer.
