The interview process is efficient. There were 4 steps for this role. 1. Phone screen with recruiter 2. Call with the hiring manager 3. Technical assessment to learn about the product 4. Zoom meeting with the team - 2 hour 45 minute timeframe Everyone was nice and professional. I made it to the final round of interviews, but wasn’t selected. My only piece of advice, I would have preferred an email letting me know I wasn’t selected instead of a phone call. I thought the call was going to be an offer, so was disappointed when it was a rejection. Salsify is a great company and I wish them the best.
