Initial linkedin message, phone screening, in person interview, presentation "stand and deliver".
All were focused on finding out more about me as a person and professional, intentionally had little guidance to see how I would approach when not influenced.

What would you bring to the table day 1?
Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.
