Thanks for coming for an interview and sorry it was not a fit. We appreciate the time people spend in checking the opportunity! We are fortunate to have a lot of bright people consider our jobs, so we're sorry if the form seemed too easy, or worse, patronizing. We've stopped using them, because we have found that we learn more just talking with people. As to being hip - we don't even try. We probably should have majored in something other than Engineering for that :) (no offense to all hip Engineers out there though).
