I had a phone interview with the recruiter and this person told me they were very impressed with my cv and they would present my candidacy and then told me they were going to call me by a certain day. That day comes around and of course, no calls or emails. I then proceeded to call and left a vm. I understand that companies and recruiters are very busy, but ghosting candidates must stop. We as candidates invest significant time, energy and hope, only to be met with silence. A simple "no" or "we're not moving forward" is far more professional than no answer at all. Timely feedback isn't just courtesy, it also reflects a company's culture. let's normalize transparency and respect candidates' times. Needless to say I'm glad this happened as i certainly do not want to work for a company that disrespects candidates and ghosts them. Candidates deserve the same respect as recruiters.

Interview was preety straight forward , they just want to analyse that would you be able to sell their product at any cost given the fact that their products are costlier than their competetors .
