The interview was a fairly informal 3-stage process. I met with HR where we went over my resume, followed by two interviews progressing through the company hierarchy. None of which was intimidating or demanding.

Most of the interview process was personality based to determine if I was a proper candidate for their environment. Never had a difficult question but this was primarily due to the entry level position I was applying for.
