      Entrevista

      It was a normal process, phone interview with recruiter and then Several interviews with multiple people on the team. So I had to schedule 4/5 interviews around my work schedule on top of preparing a presentation. Consistently reinforced throughout the interviews about how great I’m doing and how I’d be a good addition to the team. Just to be rejected. Please for the love of all that is Holy know if you want someone idk maybe after the 3rd interview. Lots of time wasted. I also had to follow up with the recruiter just so she could reject me. Disheartening.

      I had one interview with the recruiter and was told I would hear back the next day about potential next steps. Instead I was ghosted, even after a follow up email. It's totally fine to not progress in the process, but no communication at all is unprofessional.

      Entrevista

      I just want to say that this was one of the worst interviews I have ever experienced. The recruiter rescheduled on me and I was flexible. The recruiter said they would get back to me at a certain time and they didn't and I had to reach out and it took at least 4 days just for a rejection email. Mind you I was incredible flexible as the recruiter was having difficulties. This just goes to show you, treat these employers in the same way. DO NOT be flexible or easy going. They will waste your time. In this job market knowing people are doing their best and they mistreat potential candidates is ridiculous. I wish glassdoor allowed you to say the first and last name of the recruiter so future candidates know who to avoid.
