Phone interview followed by 3 hr onsite. Position Required automation skills aka selenium etc. it was smooth friendly people but not serious on the position as such. there are not sure on whom they want to hire wasted my time. feedback would be get your requirements right , candidates have to spend lot of time to get on time.
