OA was analytical skills pure MCQ based. Then there was Java MCQ test with 25 difficult problems and then coding problem. In interview mostly they asked Java Core basics

Just a waste of time! Could have reject earlier, super ineffective and unprofessional hiring process.

Applied online, got a call from a recruiter requesting an interview and went through a 5 hour interview with 6-7 different people. All asked all sorts of questions, ranging from behavioral to technical questions.
