This individual completed the first round of interviews with our firm, and did not advance to the second round, as we determined that he was not a good fit for us. Saiful Bouquet has a very high standard and hires some of the best from top schools. Our hiring has absolutely nothing to do with whether someone needs or does not need sponsorship. Over 80% of our employees do not require sponsorship. We pride ourselves in our professionalism and wish the candidate all the best in his job search.
