I worked for this company twice. The first time I interviewed I was recommended by a woman I'd worked with previously. I had an interview with HR, one with the manager who would be my boss and another with his manager.
There were a lot of questions to cover domain knowledge and also accounting. They have a multi-currency accounting system that is sophisticated. I was up front about my only 'basic' accounting skills and was hired on the strength of domain knowledge in other areas. Even though I didn't focus on the accounting modules went back to college for a couple semesters of financial accounting because the modules were so tightly integrated with the accounting modules.
I left the company after a few years there and when I'd been gone two years, two managers called me up, asked me to lunch and made me an offer to come back. That was an easy interview because they knew my work already.

Explain in detail the software development cycle in your previous company.
I had virtual half-hour interviews with four people - the hiring manager and other members of the team. The HR person who coordinated everything was great about keeping me updated about the process. In the end, he informed me that they decided to cancel the job opening due to budgetary reasons, but thanked me for my time.

Entrevista
I felt that our interview process was very transparent and impartial. When I moved back to Brazil with a new career, I didn´t know many colleagues from the same field. This meens that I had to rely on the system in order to get a job. It was a relieve to know that Sage believed in me when I got the invitation to work.

Entrevista
Experienced interview panel. Well organised. Very efficient HR process. Three rounds - phone, first interview, second interview including presentation. Panel seemed to have a list of set questions which they deviated from at will to drill into more detailed answers. Quite tough - some senior people on the panel. Sort of a good cop, bad cop routine.
