I went through a multi-round interview process that concluded with a final-round interview. While some of the earlier conversations were thoughtful, the overall experience ultimately felt disorganized, careless, and disrespectful. The final interview was particularly disappointing. The final interview, with the hiring manager, appeared unfamiliar with my background, having not reviewed my resume, and did not provide any clear structure, topics, or substantive questions. The lack of preparation made the conversation feel unfocused and left me questioning the level of alignment around the role. After the final round, I was told to expect an update within a week or two. Despite following up politely multiple times and waiting well beyond the timeline provided, I never received a clear update or closure on the outcome. An unstructured final interview followed by total silence is not a delay — it’s a failure of process and professionalism.
