My interview experience with Sage for the Finance Intern position was professional and well organised from start to finish. After submitting my application online, I was first invited to complete an online video interview, followed by a psychometric assessment to evaluate cognitive and behavioural skills. Once those steps were successfully completed, the recruitment team promptly contacted me to schedule an in-person interview. The face-to-face meeting was structured yet friendly, with questions about my academic background, finance concepts such as accounts payable and billing, and situational problem-solving scenarios. Communication remained clear throughout, and I was kept informed about the background verification (MIE) requirements and timelines. Overall, the process was smooth, respectful, and gave me a very positive impression of Sage’s culture and professionalism.
