      Solicité el puesto a través de la escuela superior o la universidad. El proceso duró 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Safran (Andheri) en feb 2025

      Entrevista

      I was selected via Campus Recruitment. There where 4 rounds in total. 1st Aptitude and Coding, 2nd 3rd and 4th rounds were all interview. The interviewers from round 2 and 3 were good, they made the environment better in general had nice experience. However the 4th interview was literal bad it is the final round which is said to be the MR Round, this interview in particular is someone who will get on anyone nerve. This person even though being an MR doesn't have any quality. As soon as I was called in for interview, he started ranting about how late I am, to give you all an idea I had received an email from HR to reach at 9am, I reached at 8.30am. We all were asked to wait and were told the process will start at 10am and that we will receive our interview schedules shortly. I received my mail at 10.12am stating I have the interview at 10am. The HR came and asked for my name and said ok it's your turn we will start the process with you and I was sent in as soon as I stepped in the room the MR started ranting stating how I made him wait for 10-15mins and I don't have any work ethics. Even after me telling him that i have came at 8.30am he was still all grumpy and refused to accept my word. After that with every passing minute the atmosphere within the room got worse. Generally whenever an question is asked, the interviewee is supposed to be allowed to speak. But this person didn't let me complete my statements, plus he had the audacity to say I want exact answer, when I gave an exact answer he was like is the way to answer the question. According to this MR I was not technically made up for the role, despite the fact I was previously evaluated by 2 of the company interviewers and passing those interviews. Overall the other rounds were great, but this one single interview the MR Final Round, made the entire process regretful and waste of time and effort. Such MR must be fired from there position misusing there rights and making the interview process a living hell for the interviewee. If any supervisor of this company is reading this I am sorry to say but this single interview has changed atleast my entire perspective of the company. I was a lot more excited but now I am regretting the time and effort I had given.
