I originally came in with a different position however, after talking to the interviewer it seems that they had some interested and moved me to a better positioned for a job offer. My key takeaway before you take an interview is to come prepared for anything take notes and really listen to what they are looking for, do not just blindly say yes to everything just to land the job. If there is a conflict or something does not sit right explain. They look for those who know how to challenge with reason.
