1 hour interview with 6 people. I was asked about previous work experience and my future plans. I got to walk around the plant and see the process. I met all the people in the department. I was told about the benefits package. No hard engineering questions asked.

It was pretty relaxed environment. Interviewer was very professional and friendly! I got a tour of the whole facility and got to meet the COO. Took about two weeks to hear back.

After 3-4 days i received an email that i have been shortlisted for post of trainee mechanical engineer.
The written test was scheduled on safran campus ambalipura.

It consisted of 50 question of MCQ type and there's no negative marking for 1 hour.
Basically they ask about 10 aeronautics question, 10 question from DI, and other question from Mechanical Engineering
