The interview was left casual with the software and hiring manager. They gave me a lot of opportunity to deep dive into what I can do on and allowed me to to guide them on all my experiences and abilities. Both the in person interview and the phone interview felt like genuine conversations to get to know me. This is more than likely due to that I had a referral from an employee in the company to lessen the difficulty.
