The first round was aptitude test. There were batches. The questions asked were about basic thermodynamics, engineering graphics, mechanical engineering concepts. There was a certain cutoff to clear the test. The next round was technical interview, where they asked what your interest was. this was probably to assign you engines or landing gears. They dig into your resume and ask you questions.
