It is a series of many interviews: The first one is a regular interview with your direct manager, in this one you will be asked specific technical questions as well as character trait questions. The second one is psychological test to assess your behaviour and character, as well as your decision making skills in different situations. The last ones are just procedure interviews with higher management and the head of human ressources.
