The overall tests are not difficult, however the mannerisms of hiring team are quite lacking, especially in getting response after medical checkup. It is considered still acceptable to be ghosted after interview, but it is unheard and very rude for hiring team to ghost after candidate have to travel to company's panel hospital for checkup on short notice without any briefing, only to be ghosted even after being sent follow up email.
