Met at a Starbucks in the Safeway, introduced selves. They look at your resume and inquire slightly about your prior work experience. Usually the managers are very friendly and are only interested in how long you might potentially be working there. I'm sure they have a high turnover rate so it's to be expected.

It was very informative and I felt comfortable with the knowledge that my interview would be considered with the utmost thought. I did not land the position, but have no ill will, they were right in the deli did not suit me. A barista position was far more paletteable
pretty easy and straightforward tho didn't get the job. probably shouldve done more prep. didn't have much experience with deli work which may have been why i didn't get the job but oh well
