Both the interview and hiring process was easy and straightforward. I applied online. I received a phone call about a week later for a brief interview over the phone. At the closing of the call, another phone call was set up for another interview. The next phone interview was with 2 people - 1 from HR and the manager of the position. A meeting was then set up for me to meet with HR and provide a saliva sample for a drug test. A few interview questions were then asked. I received a phone call offering me the position a few days later. The whole process took maybe a week.

Interview was no more than 30 minutes. They ask no more than 5 questions and expect a very specific answer and even if you don't have scenarios to fit you must answer in the 'star' method.
