Great! Very nice and easy and comfortable. I would tell anyone and everyone how comfortable they make you at Safeway with the interview process. The Questions are fair and the assessment you take is very easygoing and right on to the job.
It was casual, with only one interviewer. Low pressure, but I did look up common questions they asked before. They asked about my availability and 5-6 questions. They offered different positions to see If I was interested in applying to any of those.

Go and provide in person resume otherwise online application not required . I went in person they give me call two weeks later. But they say to join immediately. They provide training after you join.

Conversational, included a few conversations between manager and existing employees on the expectations and hours of the role. Similar to other cashiering roles I interviewed for. Some of the skills they were looking for were interpersonal and ensuring that I could hold a conversation and be good with customers.
