Very fast. I applied online and in less than a week I was hired. After applying online I received an email requesting an interview in person which took place a couple of days after. During the 1:1 I was asked basic questions regarding career interest, time availability and basic skills. They explained that the paid was minimal and it was a union-related position. Once agreed, you are taken with the Human Resources people for a drug test and the permission to run a background check. If everything looks good for them you are called to the Customer service training and in-store training. They highlight that every position is part time but really you will be working between 6 and 8 hours. The person that interviewed me was very nice.
