It was very simple. I applied online and got an email about a hiring event the following week. I came with my ID and my ss card. There were a few other people waiting, but we were interviewed one at a time. They asked a few questions and then gave me a mouth swab drug test and were able to tell me that I passed within like 10 minutes, then they do some more paperwork and give them authorization to do a background check, which takes no longer then a week, and if you get to that point the job is basically yours as long as you're not a convicted murder or something rash.
