I applied online, had an initial phone interview, then multiple in person interviews with a mixture of the Head of European Operations, and various team members.
The interview with the Head of European Operations was more focused on skills and my experience and was somewhat behavioural.
Meeting with the team was a cultural interview, and it was a more casual conversation about my experience and general interests.

Entrevista
I applied and received a request to interview. After scheduling I went a few rounds but did not receive the job opportunity. Although it was not the outcome I wanted it was still an overall good experience. The recruiter was patient and there for me throughout the entire process and provided feedback after being rejected.

Entrevista
They called me in the evening but they didn´t really have time to do the screening interview. They asked me to WhatsApp them the next day after finishing work as they were interested in me, that night I received a notification on LinkedIn saying they had rejected my CV and never replied to the WhatsApp sent the next day. Very unprofessional.
