Phone screen, couple of calls with a few different people (direct manager, next level leader), and then role-play and presentation with a panel. Took a month total for the process. The recruiter was thorough and communicative. But I did not like how scheduling times for each step were in the middle of the day and they didn't accommodate hours that made it easier for me to do these steps before or after the job I was working before offer. I will say the process was difficult only because of the role play and presentation. It is different from other companies and if you want the job, it is best to prepare. The rest of the process was definitely average though.
