Two technical rounds Interviews are not professional, they don't care about candidates' time. Each round went for close to 3 hours. My first round went pretty well. the second round also went file. but then I got feedback that I am rejected in the second round. I would like to highlight a few things here. first of all, you should not take an interview for more than an hour, I literally felt exhausted. the second round person came up with the mind that he is going to reject me because there was no point in rejection after this round. He started the interview with the first question who took my first round, I said I don't remember. then he named 2-3 guys name. I again said I don't know. What is the purpose of asking the last interviewer's name? and he joined the interview 30 min s late. A suggestion for the company is that please stop giving interviews to this guy, he is more interested in people from his area and speaks his language.
