Initial interview was conducted in two parts, first by the hiring manager and then by an HR representative. The hiring manager asked some detailed questions regarding sales process and overall philosophy behind the approach. Additional drill down questions were asked about different steps in the process with some being situational based. The time spent with HR was more about the company and culture of the organization with a few baseline questions regarding background.

None of the questions were overly difficult, it was just a matter of explaining in a lot of detail what your sales process involved.

Applied online and did not hear anything for over a month. I received a blind phone call from the recruiter one afternoon, with no follow up email. I did call back and chat with him the next day, but very odd not to get any emails. I had an interview with a team member and it went very well and I was told I was moving on. I never heard back or got any emails, so I proactively reached out and instead of a response, I got another phone call from the recruiter. The very. next day I received a call at 4:55pm telling me I was not in fact moving forward.
