Initial interviewer was 20 minutes late and would have missed it altogether if I hadn't emailed asking if the interview was still happening. The interview ran over an hour even and they mostly mumbled about what the job entailed and had to go over notes to remember what the job was constantly. And of course, they just ghosted afterwards even after a follow up email.
