The process was lengthy with a lot of emphasis on ability to multi-task & fill in gaps in the team. It gave the impression that the person being recruited is expected to do everything and still be responsible for more. Two very different recruiting heads took very different interviews & I did not appreciate that after 2 hours, they still did not let me know that they expected me to take calls and make reports way after my office hours.
