As expected from a firm of SYPartner's ilk, they hold themselves to an extremely high standard at every level of the interview process. It's obvious why they are leaders amongst their peers. Yet, everyone I was interviewed by was humble and pleasant to deal with. They were not guarded but rather encouraging and from most I enagged with, it felt more like they wanted me to succeed.

It was thorough. I met a lot of people. They seem to care and it seems like a good place to work, full of contientous people. Lots of thoughtful questions.
