Entrevista
It was informal, but comfortable. There were two people interviewing me, and they were engaging and informative. The interview was at SXSW, and we discussed my resume. They asked me to expand on my leadership skills.
My interview was swift and streamlined. The interviewer was kind and did not ask any challenging questions, was very receptive, and the interview flowed very naturally. Very standard. Overall, it was a very positive experience on my end.

Entrevista
You apply online, and they reach out and set up a interview time in person or over Skype, depending on which department you are interviewing with. For Skype, the interview is around 30 minutes, and they ask a variety of "Give me a time when..." style questions. Then they go over your role as an intern, and they ask if you can handle long hours especially during the festival. There appeared to only be one round of interviews.
