The interview process was very quick. I had three interviews in about three weeks. I was in the final rounds for interviews. The next step would have been the offer. I was emailed by the HR Manager to have a brief 15 minute phone call and I tried calling her and messaging her several times and she never returned my call. Basically after they knew I wasn't the right candidate they decided to ghost me. Then I got the generic email stating that I was not selected. As an HR professional if you have individuals in your final rounds you should at least call and tell them why they did not receive the job (In my opinion).
