Went through a recruiter and several phone interviews and then in person at their offices in a round table process for several hours. Had to pay for travel arrangements out of poker and 6 weeks later still wait to be reimbursed for those expenses and they (SWEP) have no real interest in being helpful on getting my money back to me. In my opinion that tells a lot about a company and how they treat people.
