Applied online and received an email for an interview within a week or so. The interviewer was the supervisor and the manager and the manager asked 5-7 questions, pretty straightforward. Received an offer email and was invited for the orientation.

The phone part was just asking about your self and your availability. Haven't been to the in person interview yet. The person on the phone was very nice and helpful.
