Standard telephone interview followed by on-campus interview. They didn't seem to be in a rush to hire, even though the position was for Fall semester. I was not fully reimbursed for travel expenses. While they have a great student-focus, they seem to not realize that they need to take care of their faculty if they want their students to have a great experience.
