I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed in the San Francisco office in Sept 2016. I described my resume experiences in detail and took a tour of the office. My interviewer was much more interested in professional experience than academic projects.

A total of Three interviews. Very casual conversations about experience, work place environment, school projects, and personality. Expect to be asked about what you are looking for at a firm and how you might be an asset to the team and how you have been in the past. An easy going experience with positive people and overall a good experience.

Entrevista
Had phone interview first of all, and scheduled video interview with agencies (they used an agency for job offer process)
Before the first interview, they asked me to write 10 core value with descriptions
In the first interview, they go through my 10 values (about 30 min), general questions such as tell me about myself and the other 20 min they asked me to describe my portfolio.
after that it was two round interview, they asked me a second interview with them.
similar to the last interview, they asked me to talk about my portfolio.
