The interview was very laid back but still professional. It was organized and structured and gave plenty of opportunity to talk and learn more about the business. Overall positive experience.

The process is straightforward. First a general interview asking if you do any drugs, they run through a list of some very spefic drugs and ask you specifically about any usage of all of them. A thorough review of past job history and what your former supervisors would say. Following that there is a behavioral survey, quite long. It's fill in the bubble but it is all specific questions about your behavior and how you handle certain things. Beyond that there is a drug test, followed by a security specific IACLEA handbook.
