Apply through any online portals. Then, a recruiter will give an applicant a call. If the responsibility get matched with applicant's experiences, he/she will be selected. Finally, the actual company will contact the applicant and get interviewed.

I had a phone screen a few months ago. At the time, I told the recruiter that I wouldn't be able to relocate soon, but possibly in a few months. He said we can schedule a callback for May. Today was supposed to be the day for the callback, which I assume was to see if I was still interested in the position and if I would be able to relocate soon. We'll now it's the end of the day and I never received the call that was scheduled. I'm very disappointed. They should not promise to contact someone back if they will not actually do it. And I've called and emailed tje recruiter numerous times and have never received a response back. So yeah, im not happy and it's very unprofessional.
