Withdrew my application as the interview process didn't make me feel safe about this school. The HR asked me to apply for a specific role which wasn't what I was looking for. After filling out a long application with multiple essay questions, I was expected to prepare a lesson plan and give a mock lesson to a panel of interviewers. They also requested 3 references. The whole process was rushed and stressful as if they just wanted to pressure someone to fill a vacancy as quickly as possible. Although they sounded nice and encouraging, it didn't feel right from the beginning.

Entrevista
Application online, interview over phone. They asked basic questions, but i didn't feel that they really interviewed for a "teaching" position. It felt more of a customer service/basic interview.
