I initiated the interview process with a phone call from HR, followed by a meeting with the CTO to discuss my background. During this meeting, the CTO assigned me a task to conduct research on blockchain technology and subsequently report on whether it intrigued me. Over the weekend, I dedicated my time to developing a blockchain prototype based on the Bitcoin architecture. Excited to demonstrate my keen interest in the task, I prepared a comprehensive repository of my work. However, to my disappointment, the interviewers did not review my submission and proceeded to consider other candidates

Really comfortable interview. The whole process took about 3 weeks. Had initial interview with recruiter, technical interview, home assignment, interview with CTO and cultural interview. Technical interview and home assignments were really solid. It was challenging and friendly at the same time.
