The manager asked basic questions. I met with the director of the department and was able to speak with a current staff member to get a better idea of the role. Meeting with someone that actually performs the job role was helpful.

Took 10 minutes on the phone, asked one question. It was a very easy process, I’m assuming they hire everyone for permanent positions because they are short staffed. Everyone is leaving who has experience.
