Face to face interviews were pleAsante and informative. The process through Sterling was difficult do to asking for the same information several times. Having to put my private information on a non secured site. E.g. I was told by Kerwin of Sterling that no employee could access my information or make changes. He then asked me for my university which they already had and then stated that he updated my file. This is right after telling me this could not be done.
