Efficient in contacting and interviewing me. The talent scout first conducted a phone interview with me, then my actual supervisor (to be) did a face-to-face interview with me. The process did not seem to take that long. I had a background check and drug screen in the two weeks prior to the new hire orientation.
Low stress, very welcoming, exciting energy. I was interviewed by 2 people who made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. I was given many details and informed of all aspects of the job.

I enjoyed the type of questions. They really were revealing the core of who I am and what kind of person I am. Upon reflection of orientation, the interview team did a great job. Thier questions and dialog really centered on the key reasons I was looking at new employment, culture change.
